Our return and exchange policy for Wholesale customers are as follows:
- Returns for 30 days from the date of the invoice on unopened box units.
- Repair or exchange on defective units for a period of one year.
- No return or exchange on discontinued products.
- Wholesale customers must contact their account manager to obtain an RMA number, otherwise, the refund can’t be issued.
Our return and exchange policy for Retail customers are as follows:
- We accept return or exchange for 30 days from the date of invoice with no physical damage and in original packaging for a full refund minus any shipping fee.
- 90 days warranty on parts and labor.
- One-year warranty on parts.
- We don’t accept return on “final sale” items
