Our return and exchange policy for Wholesale customers are as follows:

• Returns for 30 days from the date of the invoice on unopened box units.
• Repair or exchange on defective units for a period of one year.
• No return or exchange on discontinued products.
• Wholesale customers must contact their account manager to obtain an RMA number, otherwise, the refund can’t be issued.

Our return and exchange policy for Retail customers are as follows:

• We accept return or exchange for 30 days from the date of invoice with no physical damage and in original packaging for a full refund minus any shipping fee.
• 90 days warranty on parts and labor.
• One-year warranty on parts.
• We don’t accept return on “final sale” items
